We operate ITN Marina Management on German servers – including SSL certificate, firewall and regular security updates. You need no own server infrastructure whatsoever.

Daily backups

All data is regularly backed up automatically. In the event of a fault we restore your system quickly – your harbour data is protected at all times.

Automatic updates

New features, bug fixes and security patches are applied by us – at no extra cost and without downtime for you.

Setup & onboarding

On request we set up the system completely for you: configuration, berth import, logo, prices. You start productively immediately without a learning curve.

Personal support

Direct contact by email and phone. No call centre, no ticket system – fast help when you need it. Also available at weekends for emergencies.

Questions about pricing & subscription model

Included are: cloud hosting on our servers, SSL certificate, data backup, all software updates and security patches, setup & onboarding and personal email and phone support. There are no hidden additional costs.
We offer flexible terms – typically 12 months with monthly billing or annual payment (with discount). For individual arrangements, simply contact us.
In principle, ITN Marina Management is also available as a self-hosted installation. In this case you take over hosting, maintenance and updates yourself. We recommend the cloud model, however, as it involves significantly less effort.
Yes – we offer a personal live demo where we walk you through the system together. On request we can set up a test environment so you can try all features at your leisure.
All packages include unlimited user accounts for your team – no per-user costs.
The Professional package supports up to 2 sites. The Enterprise package enables unlimited sites and is multi-tenant capable for harbour groups.
Upon contract end you receive a complete data export (CSV/XML) of all your data. Your data belongs to you – always.
