PWA – app without app store
The customer app is designed as a Progressive Web App (PWA): guests can install it on their smartphone home screen and use it like a native app – without app store dependency, without approval processes and without mandatory updates for the user.
Secure login & profile management
Guests register with their email address and receive a confirmation email. In their profile they can manage their contact details, boat data (length, width, draught) and payment preferences – these are automatically pre-filled at the next booking.
Multilingual: DE / EN / NL / FR / ES / PL
The app automatically detects the guest's browser language and switches to German, English, Dutch, French, Spanish or Polish. Guests can change the language manually at any time.
Automatic confirmations & emails
After every booking and payment, guests immediately receive a confirmation email with all details (berth, period, price, payment receipt). Reminders before arrival are also sent automatically – in the guest's language.
Cancellation & self-management
Guests manage their reservations completely independently: view booking history, make cancellations within configured deadlines, download invoices. This significantly relieves the harbour office.
Automatic price calculation
The price is automatically calculated based on boat size (length, width), the selected period and seasonal prices. Guests see the total amount before booking – transparent and without surprises.
